This is a commercial Parking Sensor Kit, Incorporating the latest Digital Technology. The sensors can also be fitted into Plastic or Metal bumper's. These are third generation professional kits as supplied to the motor trade and used by our own fitters, the buzzer has an on/off and hi/low volume control. Each sensor has an angled face so the sensor beam can be changed just by turning the sensor this is very usefull if you do not have a vertical surface to fit the sensors on the bumper. As with all the Parking sensor kits do all the electoral connections first to make sure that all is well and there is no interference with the cars electrics. When it comes to fitting the sensors, Check under the bumper to see if you have a minimum of 27mm clearance for the sensor to clear the body work, Before you use the hole cutter, put masking tape on the bumper this will stop the drill bit from slipping, now drill a hole with the smallest drill bit you can find about 2mm and check for clearance behind the bumper for the sensor to fit, a 2mm hole is a lot easer to fill than a 22mm hole. If every thing is ok double check which sensor you have, then drill the correct size hole, using a cuter in good condition, always check that the cutter is in good condition as some times a tooth can stick out and make the hole to big, it is good practise to drill a trial hole on an old piece of bumper first, remember there is no going back, so a little time spent on this can save you a lot of problems.
