This hose guide is cheaper in price but not in quality to the one made by 'Hozelock'. It is a simple device, that eliminates snagging of a hose when routed around corners, squared off barriers or where the pull of a hose, is fixed but not in line with the reel. Just as with the more expensive 'Hozelock' equivlent, it has four rollers that form a guiding ring around the hose. Screw the guide through the four holes onto a wall, square post or barrier. Then just pop off the hose gun/spray attachment, feed the end between the rollers and re-attach the gun/spray attachment and away you go. This will help prevent kinks forming in the same place, prelonging the life of the hose and you won't have to walk back to free the hose after it's snagged on a corner.
