The product was delivered very fast and looks exactly as on the picture. I am very pleased with the quality !
The only good thing about it is the external cover. It is not up to what it is called. I bought it with the hope that my boy milk will stay warm but it did not. The wall is not thermal but that synthetic used for packaging electrical goods.
Thanks for the prompt dispatch but it doesn't work properly, the hot water only last for an hour, it doesn't really worth!!

NOT a universal fit!
Pleased be warned that although marketed as 'one size fits all' it does NOT fit Tommee Tippee Closer to Nature.... I am now going to have to go out and buy some bottles that fit. Read more
