This guitar stand is great! It's so simple, not too costly and finally gives us somewhere safe to store our little boy's guitar which had been living, (in the way), on the sofa or standing precariously in the corner for far too long.
I was a little apprehensive about whether or not this stand would be too large for my son's half size electric guitar, but it turns out that I need not have worried as the stand holds it beautifully. The great thing about the simple design is that it really will hold guitars of all different shapes and sizes no bother. So, if you have a little guitar and you're wondering if this stand fits the bill, wonder no more!
This stand requires no assembly, so is ready for use within seconds of getting it out of the box. It also folds up again very easily when it's not required so that it takes up a minimal amount of space. It's well constructed and very sturdy and easily withstands all the knocks and bumps that it gets in our household. Definitely a good buy in my humble opinion!

Not flash, not clever - just simple and works. Only reason for dropping one star is that the top of the A-frame is hard plastic that touches the back of your guitar - would be better if there was a bit of foam on this to prevent scratches. However, for the price, a good product.

Just a word of warning - this product does the job and at the price point, I wouldn't expect much more than that, however, the place where the guitar rests at the back is not padded and is hard plastic. I think this will damage the back of the guitar over time unless care is taken each time the guitar is placed in the stand. I have a more expensive stand (for an expensive guitar) and would not recommend this stand to anyone who would be concerned about marking/damage to the back of the guitar. With a strip of foam padding added, this would be a 5 star product.

Guitar Stand
