Excellent battery tester,

I bought it direct from amazon who were selling it for £4.54. Does exactly what is says and helped me identify dodgy rechargeable NiMh batteries so I could dispose of them and keep the good ones.

Excellent Battery Tester,
By A Reviewer (United Kingdom) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Uniross RA104588 Battery Tester (Electronics)
I purchased this item as I have lots of batteries that I just didn't know which needed charging and which didn't. I also have non-rechargable batteries that I wasn't sure what state they were in. I bought this tester and it has been really useful to separate out the batteries in need of charging and those I can take to the tip. I would definitely recommend this product.

.. because this is still an excellent "Does Exactly What It Says On The Tin" kind of product.
Very easy to use once you've safely extracted it from yet another of those HIGHLY ANNOYING "plastic bubble" style packaging disasters (the type where you need to cut around the edges with scissors just to get in there...!) So yes, once opened you'll be testing various battery sizes in seconds - and with ease (AA, AAA, C, D and even 9v batteries are supported!) - for the 9v battery testing, there are two connectors on the base of the unit. For the other sizes, you simply place the battery in the central area/chamber - and then push down on the tester until both contacts are touching the unit. It then gives you a (presumably accurate...!) read-out immediately. Very quick. Very easy. Buy now! John.
