Who hates Undoing? Stuffed-shirt academicians, do-nothing pushers of cosmic foo-foo, and would-be slave-owners everywhere. A great book full of exercises I have used to help break free from cultural binds and experience pure joy. Written with a lot of humor, this book really gets you going. Similar to Robert Anton Wilson in humor, with lots of *interesting* pictures. A great buy!

this book is self help of the most literal kind- you have do the work and re-read or you will not get it.

I have owned this book for 3 years and have practised the techniques on and off along with other various meditation / magick games for a long time and each time i read this book ii learn something new... that is the point of it.

as it says in the first chapter- this book is alive and will interact with you.

the message of the book is repeated plainly over and over in all the chapters and even the cover is a clue but for all those who consider it a joke or look too close for hidden mysteries you won't benefit and will only leave more of an unenlightened shlup then before.

the techniques are designed to destroy your muscular armour or habitual body tension and thus free you to meditate to deeper levels of stillness and to unpick the chains of your imprinted personality so as to be able to change and experiment and awake from the trap of society, goverment, religion, parents etc and become who you are: there are no guarentees.

it is best if you know a little about meditation before reading this book, at least have practise in breath counting, mantra, focus meditations so this can take you furthur.

dr hyatt expects his readers to interact with the writer and take nothing for granted and remember that words are lies and all facts are illusions unless their tested in the lab of your mind/body.

maybe reading something like robert anton wilson's 'cosmic trigger' might help to get you in the mood.

for those wiling to work and play hard you might just shoot the zombie and awaken the all seeing eye in the triangle. nothing above is true.

Christopher Hyatt invades your ego and grows like a parasite. After a while, you fell your ego being eaten away, and realize it is not the author doing the eating, but yourself. If you are serious about attempting to gain control/release over oneself, please buy this book. Even the introduction by RAW is worth the cost. One thing is for certain, that you must do the exercises. You will see results.
