Although I had to buy this book as it was a University set text for one of my management modules, it is actually quite a good book and I probably would have bought it if I didn't have to! Its interesting and is easy to read. It also provides real life examples of the theories and practices, which makes it that little bit easier to understand and identify.
The only thing that I would say that is a negative point is the fact that all of the examples are of american companies, since the book is published in America. Although most people will be familliar with these companies, it would have helped if some were of British companies.
However, I would strongly recommend this book, its everything you would want and it will help you in quite a few areas of business.
