I would recommend this book to someone with limited knowledge on housing economics and finance who needs to understand the basics including how housing economics and finance differ between the sectors.

This is an easy-to-read but thorough book on housing finance. I bought it to help with housing-related FE study and was not disappointed. Delivery was quick. All in all, very pleased.

Once in a blue moon, a book comes along that alters the way that you see the world. Camus' "The Outsider", Kafka's "The Trial", Orwell's "1984". This latest tome from the revered Mr King is up there with the best.

I used mine to throw at the cat.
