This book, from the trustworthy Butterworth-Heinemann publishers, is the most comprehensive guide I have found on spa management and marketing. It is equally useful as a college textbook or an industry reference guide.
It is a shame that the method of packaging this book resulted in a wrinkled delivery that affected all 466 pages(it was just stuffed in an envelop rather than the usual quality boxing of Amazon purchases) but that doesn't take away from the value of the information contained. It's condition, however, would degrade its cost if this were a used book - and for the cost of a new book, its condition is a disappointment.
