Covers all the major issues associated with childhood obesity, clearly and concisely.
The book is easy to follow, with diagrams and up-to-date information.
Contains a glossary, explaining any biological terms.
Inclusion of more research evidence could improve this book but overall it is a very good book and good value for money.
