Looking at the title I can't help but think, "Oh, come on. This is getting a little out there." I would be wrong. I have recently read Mae Powers and Lani Aames book Under A Werewolf Moon. I really enjoyed this book.
I think most women at one time or another feel insecure in our femininity and in her insecurity I felt an instant connection with Eden. The way this story is told is so entertaining. both main characters have a lifelong attraction to each other, but are not confident enough until now to express it. Her hesitation in becoming involved after experiencing tragedies makes sense. I would be reluctant to get involved with anyone after that.
Roarke is very interesting, how can not be interested in a strong, virile, and handsome man. I too am intrigued by the werewolf component. I like a man who knows how to use the gifts nature gave him.
And...the villian. Who doesn't love to hate an over-confident, self-absorbed, woman? Vivienne is easy to hate.
I loved this book. I don't know about the rest of you but somebody hand me a fan. PHEW! I had compassion for the characters. Sexy, exciting, and don't forget the HEAT.
I am looking forward to the next book.
