I have worn UJALM for several years and am a major Hermes fragrance fan. But this order has been a nightmare experience. A month has passed since I placed this order. The fragrance arrived quickly. The packaging looked authentic. But when I opened and tested the fragrance, both smell and texture were off. The initial scent had watery/peppery notes reminiscent of my previous bottle of UJALM, but quickly dispersed and vanished leaving a weird, sour undernote that smelled nothing like the dry-down from my original bottle of the fragrance.
So I immediately returned fragrance and packaging, explaining the problem and requested a refund. To date, I've received precisely nothing. One month and 24 emails later, I am more than £50 out of pocket.
One Click Pharmacy refuses to acknowledge that there was a problem with the product and has not refunded my money. They've given me some waffle about Hermes quote-unquote 'investigating' the matter, but will not say how long this will take or what this will involve or when I can expect to hear back from them and - most importantly of all - get a full refund for substandard goods.
So here I am. No fragrance, no refund, no further communication. Would a reputable vendor act in this way? I'm guessing not. Avoid like the plague.
