I bought this for my 10" laptop but even though the specification states it can take 15kg shock and 5kg static weight it could not support my less than 2kg weight laptop.
I expect that specification is for the suction cups and not the gooseneck support.
The gooseneck just drops and rests on the dashboard which is not what I was looking for.
I did get a full refund but not postage cost although this was 'not fit for purpose' and is not what the consummer rights says.
I gave up arguing and accepted the £3.70 I had to pay to return.
Wont be using again.
