Overview
UltimateAddons 12 Volt Motorcycle DC Waterproof Socket Accessory has been designed to fit onto a Motorcycle Battery easily allowing the user to charge any DC plug in this socket, the same as a cigarette lighter socket.
The fully fused cable is approx 1 metre in length, with a blade fuse integrated into the cable length terminated with ring connectors which easily attach onto the battery connectors.
This cable can be easily stored under the seat of the Motorcycle. The cable has a waterproof cap on the end to ensure the socket is kept waterproof.
This is an ideal cable to have if you need to keep any device charged while travelling, including mobile phones, sat nav's camera's, to name just a few!

What can I say it came this morning at 10am and was so simple was connected to my scooter Battery within 15 mins as it comes with the in-line fuse in it and the terminals coded in black and red, also with little rings at the end ready for the bolts on your battery to go through. like I said from getting it up to and including plugging my sat-Nav in was 15 mins. Brilliant little gadget.

Decent enough quality - does the job on my Transalp connected direct to the battery and coiled under the seat.
Cable is neither one thing nor the other though. Not long enough to reach the handlebars but too long so needing coiling under the seat.
Would be more versatile if it had a rim to allow mounting in a bracket too.

I use this with an iPhone adapter to keep my iPhone charged and running (as i use it as my bike sat nav as well). Works very nicely, and easy to fit up to the battery. As other reviewers comment, the 1m loom is quite long, and you need to coil it up under your seat, but I'd rather have the extra length and not need it, then need it and not have it. It comes with a 2 amp fuse fitted, which I managed to blow, when I tried to plug a low-power compressor in to inflate one of my tyres slightly (very surprising the feeble cheap compressor I was using could draw more than 2 amps). Got a nice little fuse cover, so should be a breeze to change with a spare fuse, so no real worries, and good to have the security of a fuse to stop a faulty appliance ruining the battery.
