All the moves and drills here are accompanied by large photos and includes a lot of exercises (such as neck ones) which you wouldn't usually find. There are separate sections for boxing, judo, wrestling and karate drills.
Overall this is a large, good-value book for MMA fighters looking for sport-specific training hints to improve their match stamina.
