I suffer from low self esteem and self confidence. I am half way through this book and I am changing already. I have learnt to love myself and I can see the potential I have in me. If you too have low self esteem and self confidence, buy it. Its only £3.

I bought a second copy of this book - my first fell to pieces after been read and read again.
It is such an inspiring and empowering book, It makes you want to shed all negativity in your life and then takes you into garden of self confidence and self belief.
Read this book from cover to cover once and you will feel a whole new optimism come over you, read it again and you will believe you have the power to do anything you set your mind to.
I cannot praise it enough.
It has given me the key to open my doors of potential. I have discovered an inner strength and boldness I never knew I had.

I finished a relationship with a partner of 5 years, (even though I THOUGHT I was deeply in love with him - I was infact dependant on him).
I have lost 42 pounds by following the book's bad habit busting plan and it wasn't difficult. It reprogrammes your mind for success.
I applied for and got a new job (before reading the book I would never have even gone for the interview as I felt the job was out of my league.)
Finally I have just started writing a book which has been an ambition for some time.I know my book will be successful because it is me that is writing it!
That may sound conceited, but it isn't. It's the glowing confidence Robert Anthony's book gives you.
I bought my mother a copy of the book too...she has since kicked a 40 year cigerette addiction.
This book isn't magic...you have to apply it's principles and consciously work at it everyday...but when you do...WOW...what results!

I have had this book for 4 years, the truth is that I have never finished it - as each time I read a chapter, it is so thought provoking and forces me to look at my own life and how I relate to people and them to me - all because the influences I have been exposed to over the years.

If you have identified that there is something missing in your life and you are ready to find out what - this is just one of the books that can assist you in thinking and seeing things differently.

My strong recommendation is to buy it and keep it because you will always want to refer to it at some point.

The fact is this book won't change you in a day because you have spent your whole life being the way you are - but what it will do is provide a solid foundation, over time, to help you think differently, reason differently and grow as you hear yourself sharing the 'new' you with almost everyone you interact with.

I guarantee you that if you own this book and you are ready for the change - you will feel it, see it and know it because you will be different and people will respond to you different - your confidence will grow, each passing day, month and year - I know because I am living that change!Thank you Robert Anthony.
