5 disc box set & I was looking forward to it arriving. Although it is original artists, oh dear, oh dear, oh dear, ---- possibly filmed sometime in the late 90's.
I saw Bryan Highland in Buxton a few years ago and he hadn't changed much in this DVD footage.
Enjoyable but original 50's & 60's footage it ain't - BEWARE !

This is a complete let down. There are snippets of old stars, some completely unknown, singing their hits from the fifties and sixties but actually being in the eighties. The original artists, if you can them that, are now much older and in some cases cannot sing very well at all, which I would have expected. The advertised DVD seemed to promise authentic stars of the fifties and sixties and I expected hundreds of hits as promised.

I have 3 of the DVD's in this set, it's good to see all these artist again and they still sound great, the picture is good and so is the sound, it brought back a lot of good memories, this set could not have been filmed in the late 90's as thought by one reviewer because Del Shannon sadly died in 1990! if you liked them then you will like them now, we all have to get older, so buy it and enjoy
