Format:Audio CD
Very sceptical about a 'relaxation' CD but this one works. Just have to give yourself up to the instructions, put aside enough time to follow it through every day. My husbands blood pressured reduced from 180 to 140. Dr Hilary Jones voice is pleasant without being cloying and gradually you find that you can carry out the procedures during the day without always having to play the CD. So, in fact, it does teach you 'relaxation' - Try It!

This cd was recommended to me by a colleague of mine, I wasn't sure - it seemed old and dated in terms of published date. However, I have been pleasantly suprised, it's easy to follow, he has a very calm voice and it's very relaxing! It's so easy to follow you don't have to listen to it every time you want to relax - you simply remember what he said! Helping me loads! Anyone suffering from stress, anxiety, lack of sleep or you simly want to relax - BUY IT!

this is excellent.
I've done a little training in NLP and this contains some. It's nice and gentle and really works.
It's great to help you relax and a really good way to "learn" to unwind, helping to avoid unnecessary medications......

Relaxation CD
