Easy holiday read of short stories for the kindle. Not the scariest I have ever read but enjoyable all the same

Wanted some easy reading short horror stories, so after downloading a sample decided this would be a good book. The sample was the first story which was a traditional horror story, after this the book was full of poetry. Perhaps they were horror poems, however, i didn't understand enough to reach that conclusion.

A very long, slow read. Stories were horrifying only in that they never seemed to end. Do not buy this, the stories are not that great
Lots of Non-horror stuff 5 Jan 2012
By Eric Stott - Published on Amazon.com
There's some good material here, but Thomas Love Peacock was a regency era writer of satire- what's he doing here? "Nightmare Abbey" hasn't a genuine nightmare in it any place.
