The book is out of date and it does not correspond with Google Adwords. You cannot follow it and never really gets to the point a lot of words with a few good insights. Not worth buying and any free bonuses offered are just further sales techniques to get you to sign up to a lot of more words.

If you need an Adwords book, I strongly suggest you buy "Advanced Google Adwords" by Brad Geddes instead. I own both and can tell you that this book is very disappointing, particularly when compared with it's more grown-up competitor.

If you sell diet pills, or are into ppi scams, hair loss 'remdies' or have a love of domain-names-like-this.ru then you'll probably find a few bits to like about Perry Marshall's book. In essence though, it's cheap, sleazy and very light on real information. It's one saving grace is that the chapter headings are a lesson in themselves. They're clearly designed to sell the book, tabloid editors would swoon over such drama and promise implied in the headings of a text book!

Seriously, get the grown-up adwords book by Brad Geddes. This is one is dreadful.

Did do what it set out to do. Unfortunately I must still have a blind spot when it comes to anything about Google Adwords but the book was good.
