my previous attempts recieving anal sex had been difficult to say the least,i have now put into practice all the suggestions in the book and now enjoy the experience.essential reading for recievers of all ages.

I bought this book after reading 'Going Down' by Instinct Magazine, thinking that it would contain some of the same humour and a light-hearted approach to it's subject matter. Unfortuantely, this book is devoid of humour and is extremely clinical in it's narrative. Yes, it contains everything you would need to know (and loads of stuff you probably don't want to learn!) As a medical reference book it's great, but as an enjoyable read it's pretty dire. If you're a beginner then there are far better sources where you can obtain the sort of information you're probably looking for (the internet for one). However, if your an experienced hand at some extreme practices then this may teach you a thing or two.

Some of the tips in this book are of course very valid, but many of them resulted in an almighty mess. I'm talking flatuarama. Also a lot revolve around zones that my partner Oliver just can't reach with his "endowment". I wasn't sure about the egg idea however, I can see it getting stuck.

My flat mate Iain hasn't worked out why his toothbrush has started tasting funny but it was the only way I could clean the bathroom!

Apart from that, the book is great and recommended to anyone who perhaps hasn't tried anal sex much.
