Format:Audio CD
Amazing! If you think a book can't totally change your life, READ THIS. I'd suffered from a severe lack of confidence for years which had been holding me back in all aspects of my life including my career and my relationships. Reading this book has taken me from complete lack of confidence to supreme confidence and the benefits to my life have already been huge. Best of all, I am so completely happy with myself and have the confidence in myself to achieve all of my goals in life. After trying nearly every other self-help book out there and various other therapists, finally I have found something that works and I didn't realise it would be this easy. Thank you.

I sincerely believe that everybody should read this book, it makes so much sense. I have just finished reading Ultimate Confidence and I feel more positive and more in control of my life than I can ever remember feeling. It gave me the tools to deal with my fear of rejection (in relationships and work situations). I have read a lot of self help books, but Marisas techniques are completely unique and easy to follow - I also love the hypnosis CD that comes with the book and have been listening to it every night before going to sleep - finally a good nights sleep!

I thought I was quite knowledgeable in this field, but this book has just wiped me away. I found I read the book slowly(which is not my normal style) as I wanted to savour every word and digest it. The combination of information, true life and exercises puts together an excellent book. I see, gives the information and then this is supported by case historys and then with the exercises, which means that you take part,it personalises what you are doing and you feel the emotions associated. This is then reinforced by the CD at the end, again, which is easy to work with ans supportive of what you wish to achieve. It is broken up into areas, which you may not believe apply to you, but once you start to read, you still learn and realise you need to read every word. It is psycholgy at its best, in plain understandable English. Everyone should read this, no matter how confident you feel you are, your potential will just grow.
