Amazing! If you think a book can't totally change your life, READ THIS. I'd suffered from a severe lack of confidence for years which had been holding me back in all aspects of my life including my career and my relationships. Reading this book has taken me from complete lack of confidence to supreme confidence and the benefits to my life have already been huge. Best of all, I am so completely happy with myself and have the confidence in myself to achieve all of my goals in life. After trying nearly every other self-help book out there and various other therapists, finally I have found something that works and I didn't realise it would be this easy. Thank you.

I sincerely believe that everybody should read this book, it makes so much sense. I have just finished reading Ultimate Confidence and I feel more positive and more in control of my life than I can ever remember feeling. It gave me the tools to deal with my fear of rejection (in relationships and work situations). I have read a lot of self help books, but Marisas techniques are completely unique and easy to follow - I also love the hypnosis CD that comes with the book and have been listening to it every night before going to sleep - finally a good nights sleep!

This book is truly amazing! Instead of loading you with lots of useless excercises (as many other self-help books do), it gets right into your heart, to the core of the problem. We suddenly get enlightened - the problem is not what we are, it is what we think we are!

I used to be afraid of talking to people, of feeling them looking at me, of making a compliment, of speaking with my foreign accent. I felt incredibly unhappy, and I thought that maybe it is just a nasty joke of my destiny - for being exceptionally good at studying all the subjects, having a nice appearance and having excellent parents, it deprived me of the ability to speak properly, to make friends, to be a social person. Every time I moved to a new place I thought "That's it! Now I will be really social and make a lot of friends". Hah! That never happened, and with each failure I felt more and more depressed. At some point, I clearly realized that I had no real friends, and if I would not be able to change it right at the moment, I would be doomed to slowly crawl my miserable life. So I went to amazon, and being surprised by the five-star rating, ordered this book.

And it worked! This book is a treasure beyond imagination! For three days in a row now I've been feeling myself as happy as never before! It takes you right from where you are, clearly shows you what is wrong, and heals it - not like a plaster, but rather like a huge divine beam of light piercing you and pouring straight into your soul, healing you from the inside. And now I can feel a huge source of self-confidence deep inside me that cannot be affected by any outside influences. It feels incredible! I can now easily talk to anyone, say a complement or even joke about my accent without any feelings of being hurt or a drop of self-esteem. Now I am on the right way to beeing exaclty the person that I want to be, I will get there!

This book is the best book you can read in your entire life. Less than 10 pounds for eternal confidence and happines - that's the way it goes. So please stop reading my review and get it right now!
