Something for everybody!,

Since we got this book in August, we have used it time and again, each time with fantastic tasting and looking results. All of the recipes are clear and easy to follow, and the resulting dishes really do look like the glossy pictures. It's a big book, but I wouldn't be without it!

It is the ONE and ONLY Chinese/Asian cookbook that any household would require. Illustrations and Instructions are top shelf. Does not require a trip the far east to start cooking. ENJOY
