I already have some real sheepskin ugg boot, not the brand name ugg! The style ugg from Celtic sheepskin for outdoor boots, I was looking for some indoor boots, but not willing to pay loads of money, I wanted the warmth and comfort, (no carpet on floors!) after reading mix reviews about ukala boots, I thought I would give these boots a try, I like the style with the toggles, I brought the chestnut colour, after I received them, I decided they were too nice to wear indoors and decided to buy a 2nd pair, because of the price i brought the Ella knee high boots to wear as my indoor boots.
I am size 6, but ordered a size down, as I had to do with my other sheepskin boots, they were very snug at first, the Ella boots fit spot on, Though they do come up wide. I wore them indoors for a couple of hours, then went out for a few hours walking around shopping, forgot I had them on, didn't feel like new boots. They are very comfortable and very warm! They have to be worn without socks to feel the full benefit. The wool is lovely and fluffy and allowed my feet stay at an even warm temperature and I didn't sweat, just like my actual sheepskin boots.
The sole is very comfortable and does mould to your feet within a couple of hours of wear. They were a little bit slippery indoor on certain areas of the flooring that did not get much wear, soon as I wore them outside, not a problem, even in the rain.
Definitely worth the thirty eight pounds. I love that they are a bit different than the other ugg style boots.
I do believe ukala boots are worth investing in at the price they are now, very good cheap alternative to real ugg style sheepskin boots.
