Asked to re order smaller a smaller size for my daughter (Chestnut to big), I kept a black pair. boots seemed ok, seem to be the real thing only time will tell - their REPLY - I'd rather you don't buy any more, it is disruptive when you purchase something knowing exactly what you wanted, getting exactly what you ordered and sending it back when you got exactly what you ordered, this is overweighing to our workload and restocking process. In the future, it's best you walk into a high street store, try and buy what you want. What can you say to that ??? (seller-Bizsella) Why did they say they could be returned?

I bought these for my girlfriend, she has wanted some ugg boots for a long time, and they had to be genuine uggs.

The first pair arrived and she put her foot in to the boot and we heard a big ripping noise, the seam at the back of the boot had ripped wide open! We sent the boots back and got a second pair, this time they didnt rip but the fluff from the inside of the boot came out in big chunks and the boot died her leggings black.

I confirmed with ugg australia that these are genuine uggs then sent them back again for a refund, she no longer wants ugg boots.

Do some research, these boots are made in China and the sheepskin is not from australian sheep either. They are not waterproof and they are very poor quality, I dont know why they charge so much for them or why people buy them.

Recently I took my shoes to a cobbler to be resoled and noticed two pairs of Ugg boots on the shelf, I asked if they get a lot of them in and the cobbler told me more than any other shoe, they constantly need stitching back together.

I would avoid these.

Love these boots. I am not an expert but have checked info on how to spot a fake and these boots meet all requirements.. I believe them to be real. Compared them to a pair brought in Office and there is NO difference to the boots or box! Buy them

Recieved these wonderful boots today...
I've purchased Ugg boots in the past and found them to be fakes
good imitations, but fake non the less.
These are definitely authentic. and are the most comfortable boots EVEEEERRR!!!

I was really worried about ordering these boots as I couldnt understand why they were so much cheaper than anywhere else and I have heard such horror stories about fake uggs! However, my worries were unfounded, the boots are perfect and I cant find anything on them to suggest that they are fake - they look real, have the correct sole, the fur lining is matt not shiny (apparently shiny lining is an indicator of fakes)and the heel is very solid and so doesnt look like it will give and cause the boots to slop to one side like fakes do. All in all I can only assume that they are genuine Uggs and I was very happy with my purchase.

Bought these from amazon, which is the official seller for those, pleasantly surprised about the price. These are much cheaper than anywhere else, but still are real ones. The only thing is I found them a bit snug, so would recommend going for a size up.
