Having read some of the reviews, I would advise that when you buy your Uggs, you also buy the Ugg cleaning kit (about£22). There is a waterproof spray which you use before you wear them for the first time, then use it again from time to time. I have 2 pairs now (not bought from this website, bought from a shop).They are the most comfortable, warm and cosy footwear I have ever owned. I have worn them all winter, in snow, rain, mud - you name it. My feet have never been cold or wet. They have worn really well, and show little signs of wear and tear. Do your research - make sure you get genuine Uggs.(You can go on the Ugg Australia official website and it will give a list of their authorised stockists) Waterproof them before you use them, and you won't be disappointed.

I know they are really expensive, but these boots are so worth the money! Just shop around a bit before you buy for the best price - there are bargains to be had just watch out for the fakes do your research!
I love my Uggs and wear them loads - I have the Chestnut colour which are very versatile and dont seem to show any dirt! They are fantastic in the cold weather and you dont even need socks. I only wish I could stretch to another pair in a different colour!

Looked around a lot for these boots in many shops and they were all the same price, then after doing a bit of research and checking the ugg website to see if the ones sold on Amazon (direct from Amazon) are fake or genuine I saw Amazon were an authorised online retailer. These must have been the last of their christmas stock as they were a decent amount cheaper than the shops. Arrived promptly (a couple of issues with amazon box, but that is not anything to do with the product) Lovely comfy boots, very pleased. Have also bought the care kit as want to keep them looking good. All correct secutiry features on the box and inside the boot (hollogram) for you to check against the ugg website, I am very happy with my purchase
