Really impressed me.Does exactly what it says on the jar.(To coin a phrase)I dont take as many as instructed on jar. I take 1 on a morning 2 mid day and 1 at night.Currently on 3rd jar and bought 1 for my Mam as well.Top product. Give it a try.

This product is quality. No doubt about it. I have tried the oil as well as the capsules and prefer the capsules.
Definitely worth the extra ££££ if you have this to spare.

3-6-9 Omega oils, but Udos Choice really are the best! I recommend them to all my female friends...
