Ok, I've been a regular user of themopure or themobol for the just over last 12 months (not at the same time, first for 6 months then changed to the other 6 months after). On these pre-workout supplements I managed to shift 2.5 stone, which I was really happy with. I was going to the gym and doing a 60 minute elliptical (cross trainer) routine on manual setting on level 18 out of 20. I always need music to keep my mind of it lol. Then I might do a small amount of reps for my biceps and chest...2No. 20 reps for each...seriously not that many! then a 30 minute swim & this routine is done a minimum 6 days a week. Reason I do so little reps is because I'm shattered and feel i lack the strength to do the reps after my cardio work out (please note though, that my main focus also is fitness more than bulking up/out). The last 6 weeks i have struggled though. I feel I've lacked the mental strength and have the feeling of I can't be bothered creep in. I bought this Jack3d on Friday and had it delivered Saturday. I opened up the exaggerated packaging for the small product inside and was very surprised by the quantity of the 1 scoop serving...it's a lot smaller than I thought it would be. Within the next 30 minutes it was kicking in. Did I get tingly sensation on my face....i did. I've felt it before with the other 2 supplements I have taken, and because of the reviews on here, I felt it easier to accept it. If you're worried, speak to your GP. Anyway, I digress. I did the routine I struggled with, with ease. I did my reps plus more and still had energy to cycle for 20 k. leaving the gym 2hours later of intense cardio I still had loads of energy to spare and it lasted a few good hours after as well. I'm very impressed. Will be using this for when I go long distance cycling as well. I'm actually looking forward to going to the gym again which I really really needed. Hope this helps as I try to find supplements that people use for building fitness, rather than large mass muscle. Oh, the taste is ok...only ok. Its bitty. I was probably expecting the worst so was happy that it wasn't as bad as I thought. There are plenty of youtube reviews I think which give more in depth reviews on taste etc, but I thought I add my personal experience.

Great product, can definitely feel the product working, and I haven't experienced any MAJOR side effects.
FITNESS OF USER: I am currently overweight, 14st 13pounds, at 5ft 11in and have been going to gym for 2 months with a low carb diet, and have lost 2st 11pounds before using jack3d. After using the product I can do a lot more at gym, thus increasing my calories burnt and helping me progress further towards fat loss.
TASTE & TEXTURE: The fruit punch flavour has a strange taste to it, but is easy to drink. I would compare the texture to a headache sachet, which you dissolve in a glass of water.
SIDE EFFECTS: Been using this for a week, no major side effects, only a headache when I first used the product, I'm not sure if jack3d caused it, but have not experinced one since. Another side effect is tingles, I had them at 1 scoop and 1.5 scoops, but not at half a scoop. They're a bit like low intensity pins and needles without the numbness.
FATIGUE: It takes longer to fatigue while using this product, enabling you to push yourself further. Weights also feel somewhat lighter, thus I'm able to do more reps & sets than normal, increasing more muscle mass to burn fat.
ENERGY: After 30 mins of taking the product, I'm ready to go to the gym and work my socks off. After a strenuous 1 hour 30 mins workout, I still feel like I have energy left to carry on with the day, meaning I don't feel tired, or about to 'crash'. However, it does feel like my body is tired, for example muscles feel like they have been worked, the product isn't jesus.
FOCUS: It makes you want to get the job done, no time for being idle while on this, all you want to do is workout.
OVERVIEW: Buy this if you are looking for an increase in energy to push you further towards your goals, whether it be increasing muscle mass or burning fat, just make sure you take it at least 5 hours before going to sleep, or you'll be awake quite some bit.

Having used NO -Xplode and Superpump250 before as well as a range of other creatine/NO supplements including Gaspari's Plasmajet etc I think this is the best by far. NO-Xplode always felt abit too manic for me, at first yes I felt stronger but there were come downs and weird sick feelings. Jack3d keeps me going for longer in the gym with no side effects and is very good value for money.
USP Labs say that they have reduced "filler" ingredients by reducing the size of the servings dramastically (to only 5g scoops) and I think it has worked because it left me feeling very energized without putting as much into my body. This also left it being smaller, more convenient and good value for money.
It depends what type of pre-workout formula you are looking for, if you are looking for insanity at whatever cost, definately go for NO-Xplode, but if you are looking for a more controlled energy boost / rush then I would definately recommend Jack3d.
