Did not work for a Mac as advertised!

This product did not work for a Mac as advertised. It comes with only Windows software, and no brand name or contact information to look up anything online. Very disappointing!

ORIGINAL POST - Mine did not install on my MAC either and there is no make/brand, model or any markings, or information for use for internet searches for help.
REVISED POST - I had to come back and revise my review. It does support the MAC. It says so on the back of the package, of all places. The package does only give directions for Windows. I have an imac g5 ppc with the cd/dvd drive being a slot on the side. I was afraid to put the mini cd in the slot, thought it might be too small to work. Using my laptop PC I copied the entire mini cd to my usb drive and intalled to the mac from my usb drive.
Go to the folder that starts with RT2070, Inside you'll find the mac os folder, then the mac's install file inside there. Follow the prompts and you be online like I am right now. Posting this to you all.

I bought this product because my wifi antennae broke. The software that comes with this thing was absolutely horrible. And if you have a mac, it's nearly impossible to get. The copy that comes with the product comes on a mini cd which, without an external drive, a mac can't read. Apparently you can get the same software from the company's website, but I could never get it to work. So what I had to do is get someone else's pc, strip the file, format it so my mac could read it, then email it to myself. Then turns out the software doesn't even have some pretty basic ui components. This was quite a bit of work to use this product, but I'll give it three stars because when it was all said and done, I had wifi again.
