Does not work with Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ7 21 Nov 2011

I received this today and, despite what it says in the description on Amazon, this cable is not compatible with the Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ7. I am therefore still unable to upload photos from my camera to my PC. I find the advert misleading and I know it doesnt cost much but its been a waste of money for me.
