This book is an absolute must have for the advanced and novice cake decorator of all levels.
I wouldnt be without my copy, I have been a cake decorator for over twenty years and still refer to it even now, I even use for my students.
The photographic images are superb and Lindsay J Bradshaw breaks down the instructions so that even a beginner can easily follow them.
He explains all of the basic principles, but also keeps your interest at every stage, so its very difficult to get bored.
Books specifically on the art of Royal icing today are very rare, so this book will always be very sought after, but also look out for other titles by Lindsay John Bradshaw.
