Ordered "Glow in the Dark" Cobweb to fix on the back of my daughters wheelchair for Halloween, the spider fell of as soon as it was out of the packet and hung up and after being in hung in direct sunlight all day it did not glow in the dark at night (not even a tiny bit). Disappointed daughter. I know it was only cheap but if a description states that something glows in the dark then it should.
