I bought this item thinking it would be a change from the usual sandwich at lunchtime. After a short while reverted back to the good old sandwich. Reason being it doesn't get the outer bread toasted like a proper toastie should be only seems to go to one setting and that is it. For it to be a good toastie it should have the availability to be set to different heat settings.
All in all a "BIG" dissapointment.
