Review

"This book is no dry analysis of a quaint mystery. It's a muscular thesis that isn't afraid to take on the difficult issues and ask the questions that more traditional UFO researchers have avoided. Buckle up, readers, and get ready for one hell of a ride." --World-renowned UFOlogist, Nick Pope

"Pat Regan's own first-hand experience and his research into the MoD UFO files make his book a very authoritative read." --Bill Birnes, UFO Hunters, UFO Magazine

"Pat's authoritative research into the darkest corners of the UFO phenomena cuts right to the heart of the matter and is a long overdue assessment of this complex phenomena" --Andy Russell, Top UFO Researcher

"The field of Ufology can't have enough books that tackle these vexing issues head-on. Pat Regan's new book, UFO: The Search for Truth can now certainly be added to the list of those that provide new and valuable insights to those looking for the truth." --Lloyd Pye, Starchild Project

Product Description

UFO: The Search for Truth asks the vital question: 'Are we alone in the Universe'? Now at last Pat Regan's pioneering new book: UFO: The Search for Truth takes this single and most vital enquiry to the next phase. Pat Regan addresses the UFO phenomena in a realistic and straightforward manner, working with such prominent authorities in this field as Nick Pope (top UFO investigator), Lloyd Pye (Starchild Project) and the UFO Hunters TV team from the US. In UFO: The Search for Truth you will discover evidence of a 'Humalien'; numerous international UFO sightings; government apathy towards unknown danger to our air space; time travellers; plus an impressive mass of public UFO accounts logged in great detail. UFO: The Search for Truth will change the way we observe our historical place in the Cosmos. "This book is no dry analysis of a quaint mystery. About the Author

I was born and bred in Southport Lancashire, back in May 1957.

I was raised in a part of Southport called Birkdale, yet now live a little farther south of that place in Ainsdale.

My mother raised four boys and I was the youngest. Sadly, they are all now gone apart from my eldest brother David who also lives in Ainsdale.

Young life to me was happily spent chasing around the fields and sand dunes around the areas where in lived looking for frogs and toads.

I was educated in Birkdale at strict and rather oppressive Catholic schools and left school happily when I was 15 years old.

I immediately followed my father's footsteps and for several months served as a gardener with the local council. A little later I was recruited onto the arboricultural team and trained at Calderstones Colleges in Liverpool . I was instrumental at the time in felling a great many trees, which were infected with Dutch elm disease.
Some years later I undertook to train as a surgical chiropodist and soon after my qualification I started a successful domiciliary practice, which lasted for around twenty years. I also qualified as a Reflexologist, Sports masseur and Acupressurist amongst other things.
I have also been involved in the martial arts at various times during my career. I also help my wife run her preschools facilities for children.
I have been a lifelong ecological campaigner and my interests include fly-fishing/tying, metal- detecting, nature, art, mythology, native Pagan religion, (I am an author of two books on this topic), human/minority spiritual rights, etc.
More recently I have been involved in the UFO axis (this is described briefly in my latest book, Dirty Politics). I was filmed by a US TV crew, headed by movie producer Dave Pavoni, subsequent to me taking a picture of an unidentified object in Lancashire . This issue received international exposure. I now run a website on this issue. I also have one devoted to fly-fishing and yet another on protection of the ecosystem.
I have taken a wide interest in the political scene since our town was unfairly deprived of vital children's health and maternity services. I am eager to highlight deep inadequacies in political circles and my latest book covers this issue extremely well. I have also helped with the ongoing campaign to restore weekly waste collection in the UK .
I do not consider myself to be overtly political, yet I am never far away from a campaign to improve matters for either the environment or residents in need.
I have four children, two of which are now adults. I also have a small grandson.
I find writing especially addictive and frequently get ticked off by publishers for writing too much.
