2.0 out of 5 stars No penalty shootout footage, 16 Aug 2008

(REAL NAME)
If you are like in wanting to keep a record of all significant strikes in a major tournament, don't get your hopes up too high with this DVD.

It captures every goal from open play, but no penalty shootouts which is disappointing. I guess that means more money for the company by making a separate DVD for highlights. Remember, sendings off are a significant part of summarizing a tournament and of course no one will remember that Italy beat France 2-0 because they had a man advantage.

Not the worst international tournament video review I've ever seen (that honor goes to the Euro 2000 All the Goals). But as an expatriate of Europe struggling to keep alive my passion for football and having followed every tournament since Italia 90, I'm shrugging my shoulders after watching this.
