Fun:
Got the kids and me Just Dance 3 for xmas, when I saw the price of this had come right down I bought this too. My daughter is nearly 9 and I thought she might be a bit old for it, but I think she liked it better than JD3. Its very basic, you can't create and save a named profile, you choose an icon, make it male or female and dance. The songs are all rerecorded by kids except if I remember correctly The Wiggles songs. The dancing is all done by children, they dance you copy holding the move controller in your right hand,( move is required, up to 4 players). The dances are rated by difficulty so you can customise your usage depending of age/skill of the children playing. There are a couple of modes you can play like freeze and shake, where you follow the icons by your player to either freeze, shake the controller like drums or maracas etc, I would say thats for older ones unless you are shouting the instructions to little ones as its a bit hard for the kids to follow the dance AND the icon. You can choose from various medleys so you play a few songs in a row, but you only really get a verse and a chorus of each song. There are songs in other languages so you can indulge in a bit of Frere Jacques. My 3 year old wasn't really interested even though I thought he would be because of the nursery rhymes and tv songs on the disc. A good idea overall, not perfect, 40 songs/rhymes over a very broad spectrum, from Bruno Mars to Beach Boys,I'm not really a fan of the rerecorded versions, but good enough at a low price to keep the kids amused on a rainy day.I've given it 5 stars from a childs point of view, I managed to break out in a sweat doing it!
