when I first heard it on vinyl I loved the fact mayall hadnt used any drums, which gave the sound such a soft edge, the lyrics are so intelligent and JM has a beautuful canned heatish type of voice which I think is bute!!

This is a must-have album - no drums, but you do not even notice. Great songs, great musicians and just a fantastic laid back feel. Possibly one of Harvey Mandels greatest albums also.
I first heard it on vinyl when i was 14 or so, and now at 50 years old, I still love it and have it on my mp3 player.
Oh, and love the violin also. The late Sugar Cane Harris - sadly missed.
