Beware it's incredible weight, I can hardly lift it with one hand whilst cooking, but then I'm a bit weak - otherwise, it's perfect: A good size, very durable, easy to use and wash (so long as you don't mind giving it a damn good scrub!)

As a first skillet not too bad. Needs to be oiled after washing otherwise will rust but heats to a good temperature even on an electric hob.
