The fastest way to prepare herbs without risk of adding the tips of your fingers into the recipe. The Typhoon Zen Hachoir Set consists of a bowl like chopping board and a mezzaluna. Just put your chosen herbs into the recess and roll the dual bladed mezzaluna side to side over them, to finely or coarsely chop them for your cooking. Key Features Dual Bladed mezzaluna, quickly and finely chops your herbs. Dual Handle keeps both hands out of the way of the blade, and gives control. Blade Length 15cm (approx.) Wooden Board with recess, makes chopping herbs easier. Aesthetic would make a great worktop addition to your kitchen. Compact can be stored away easily in a cupboard or draw.

Double blades make quick work of chopping herbs and the shaped board aides the cutting. Herbs do get stuck between the blades put are easily pushed out. Would recommend.

This wonderful kitchen tool is a joy to use as well as to look at. Outstandingly sharp and effective and well designed. Thanks to it being so very sharp cleaning the mezzaluna takes a bit of care but otherwise this is just about as straightforward to use as anyone could hope for. It is also remarkably good value for money.

Models with two blades such as this make quicker work of chopping herbs, chillies and so on than cutters with only one blade. Double-bladed models are more difficult to clean though. The circular depression in the middle of the chopping board is good design.

Typhoon Hachoir Set
This item helps to speed up your chopping. Rinse directly after use; as bits can get stuck between the blades this can be difficult to remove without cutting yourself.
