I suffer from back ache when driving audi/bmw/merc cars as the seat backs are very flat and lacking in lower lumbar support. S-Mesh lumbar cushion did not help at all because its far too chunky and has no straps to keep it in place. Don't bother wasting your money.

I have back and neck problems. I purchased two of these, one for the car and one for sitting in the chair at home.
They are so comfortable and make sitting a pleasure again. I just wish I purchased these sooner.
I would recommend to anyone suffering from lower back pain, as this helps put the posture back which helps with the pain,
and lessens the "slouching" which most are used to doing, which can worsen lower back pain and/or problems.
It also helps whilst driving, to keep a comfortable position on long and short journeys.
Would definitely buy again!

I have had one of these lumbar supports for quite a long time, recently my husband started getting back problems so ordered one for him, he is as pleased as I was they are very good.
