Reuniting the charismatic cast and characters from his hit comedy/drama, Why Did I Get Married?, Tyler Perry brings us the next chapter in the lives of eight college friends struggling with the challenges of marital life in Why Did I Get Married Too?
Gathered together in the Bahamas for their annual one-week reunion, four close couples - Patricia (Janet Jackson) and Gavin (Malik Yoba), Sheila (Jill Scott) and Troy (Lamman Rucker), Angela (Tasha Smith) and Marcus (Michael Jai White), and Dianne (Sharon Leal) and Terry (Tyler Perry) - eagerly reconnect, sharing news about their lives and relationships. But their intimate week in paradise is disrupted by the unexpected arrival of Sheila’s ex-husband, Mike (Richard T. Jones), who hopes to break up her new marriage with Troy and win her back. The others soon realize they too are not immune to the challenges of commitment and fidelity. Angela doesn’t believe her husband, Marcus, can be faithful now that he’s a celebrity television newscaster. Dianne and Terry’s relationship is feeling the strain of raising children. And Patricia, a successful self-help psychologist, must finally reveal the deep flaws in her seemingly perfect marriage to Gavin. With their relationships hanging in the balance when they return home, each couple must choose between blame and forgiveness, doubt and faith, with life-altering consequences.

Why Did I get Married too, first of all I would like to say the viewer need to watch the first Part Why Did I Get Married before watching the 2nd one for the simply fact the story will make more sense. Excellent movie as always for Tyler Perry, plenty Jokes, food for thought also motivation. I watched this one at the cinema twice it was that good. It was great to hear what men actually talk about together when they are hurting. Keeping it real as always is Tyler.

I love Tyler Perry but this movie was rubbish. I waited and waited all year for it to come out on DVD and pre ordered it from the states and was very very disappointed. It seemed that when making the movie Tyler decided several times to change his mind and add a story to what was a good flow and ruined the movie. I was not impressed and will be selling the movie on ebay. Not one of Mr Perry's finest movies!!

Like the other reviewers I really enjoyed the first film as there were some really good performances so I thought the sequel would be just as good if not better but boy was I wrong!! There was no flow to this movie at all, it was so disjointed and tired I'm not sure what Tyler was thinking when he was making this. I understand that Janet Jackson was dealing with the grief of losing her brother when this film was being made so that might explain the very strange performance but with the majority of actors they seemed to have the look of "Why the hell are we doing this sequel coz it don't make sense" and it looked like it was such hard work and effort by them to get through.
Really didn't like the movie to the point that I fast forwarded it to get to the end and I haven't watched it since. Definitely not one of his best - a pity.

Reasonable 2nd Film
Overall good film, must see first film though. Mike and Angela are the best, they both have me in stiches. Story dies a little towads the end of the film.

Feel good with a message, though laissez faire
