1.0 out of 5 stars Buyer Beware. 11 May 2010
By Splat Matt - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Kindle Edition
First just let me say DO NOT BUY! If you are a slow reader the material is about 7 minutes of content. If that is not enough to convince you that this guide is not worth $7.75 let me just state the content is mostly common sense or will be completely covered in your motorcycle safety class. As far as a good guide for anyone who wants to learn about riding my best advice is to get the Proficient Motorcycling Ultimate Guide to Riding Well by Motorcycle Consumer News (Author: David L. Hough).

If this information was free or even 99¢ it would be a good launchpad or a good preface to a guide. But, to sell this guide in it's current state for $7.75 is a blatant exploitive money making device aimed directly at women.

1.0 out of 5 stars Not long enough 6 July 2010
By S. Bowen - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Kindle Edition
After reading the sample chapter I was looking forward to reading the whole book. Whilst i appreciated the little tidbits of advice, I was disappointed that the whole book wasn't much longer than the sample chapter. I felt that the cost was too much for what it was - it was informaton that could have easily been condensed into a pamphlet. Was looking for something with a bit more meat to it.

This book has some very solid advise for any beginner rider but is specifically geared towards women. It is filled with wonderful mentoring advise. As an added bonus, this book introduces twowheelfemales motorcycle forum where you will find even more information and have the ability to ask questions where seasoned riders and beginners alike will share their experiences and advise.
