Anyone know why there are two versions of this book - same main title but different subtitles, a few more pages in one and a different price. Do you buy the cheaper or the more expensive version? Perhaps this is just some experiment by the author to test our behaviour...

This is the US edition. The UK edition has the silver/grey cover. The two versions are almost identical.
