Product Description

Finn Mac Eoin is one of the great raconteurs and larger than life characters of our time, a holdover from a bygone era when people would spontaneously burst forth in rhyme, tale and song. With this book he proves that not just on the tongue but also on the page, MacEoin breathes life into language.A" Daniel Adel, Editor-in-Chief, The Figbone, Lacoste, France. I love his honesty. The zany character that emerges from the pages is a delight. I love your honesty. It is a great yarn and some of the stories in the book are so mad, he couldn't make them up.A" Yanky Faschler. I really enjoyed this book and it was easy to see that it was written by a poet !!

Finn comes across as a very resourceful and interesting character and his writing is 'top drawer'.

It is a book which I see myself coming back to again and again and sharing it with friends.

As I am also a native of Mallow the references to my home town are of particular interest.

The book arrived very promptly, and was in excellent condition. Found it a great fun read, especially knowing most of the places (including NZ) that the Author stayed in, and just loved his descriptions of Provence especially The Luberon, as it brought back all my holiday memories.
