Despite the sad fact that this CD is missing the wonderful track "Closet Chronicles" (which is on the double vinyl version, but left off here due to limited CD space) this is still one of the band's best albums. Actually, it also happens to be one of the best live-albums ever released by any band. If you like symphonic and progressive hard rock, then you need this '78-album in your collection. Few other bands can match the power-sound of KANSAS live; in fact, whoever they may be, they're very likely to be blown clean away !. -The masterful ability of KANSAS to race through their rather complicated songs is second to none. There are many highpoints on this CD, like "Point Of Know Return", "Mysteries & Mayhem", a shortened "Song For America" and the now classic live-version of their hit-ballad "Dust In The Wind". My personal favourite however, is the beautiful semi-ballad "The Wall". -Its studio-version was good, but I'm one of those fans who thinks it's even better here. -Singer Steve Walsh (back when you could still call him that) does an absolutely brilliant job on it. There's a quite raw and real sound to this live-album; no overdubs here, I'm sure. Get it; it kicks !.
