This is the first book I have read, written by Bettina Selby, it was lent to me a while ago, I kept looking at it and thinking "mmm next time" well that time arrived and I am so glad I didn't file it to the bottom of the "time pile" what a wonderful story, so incredibly true (I know cats don't generally write books) but if you read it you will see what I mean! I love the way that the author has studied cats and of course cat history. I always knew our cats were talking to us, and just from reading this wonderfully simple yet terrific story I believe cats really do communicate.
If you have the chance to read it, don't bottom pile it - go for it you won't regret it.

This is enchanting! Beautifully written, lovely story. I couldn't put it down, and want to read more about these two lovely cats. I've come across Bettina Selby before as a travel writer. This is the ultimate travel book, but this time a story of two lost cats travelling to find their owners. Really delightful.
