My husband and I bought this scooter for our daughter's third birthday and it has been a fantastic buy. It took her a short while to master it, but now she whizzes around all over the place on it and it goes wherever we go. It means we hardly use the buggy anymore as she wants to use her scooter all the time. Also, it was relatively inexpensive so we don't get too stressed out about her bashing into things and it has proved its worth by still looking pretty pristine despite some fairly hardcore usage over the months!

My daughter was thrilled with this scooter. She was really excited to start using it. Unfortunately, despite repeatedly checking the tightness of the connecting nuts and bolts, she has had 3 falls with the scooter. One of the nuts keeps coming loose while she's riding it and the front wheel comes off. She's not been hurt thankfully but I'm not going to let her keep using the scooter. I'd be happy to accept that this is a once-off problem with this specific scooter and that not all of them are like this. I'm planning to ask for a replacement. Not sure how far I'll get though.

Toy needs to be more robust. The wheel came off the other day and it had to be put back together! Not child proof!!
