Product Description

Levi Zebrowski is an average, every day American who is called to duty. Haunted by the memories of his parents’ horrific deaths, he joins the military to ensure that the light of the good is never extinguished. After being deployed to Vietnam, he's killed in the line of duty. Odin sees his manner of death and snatches him to a world of fantasy where he encounters magic, gods and yes, swords. He’s thrust into the role of a hero even though it’s a responsibility he does not want. This is the origin of a king, of a better way of life for a people that have almost forgotten that which we hold most dear… Freedom.

About the Author

B. T. Browning was born in 1969 to a 16 year old girl who had no choice but to put him up for adoption and hope for the best. The best was what he got in terms of family, love and happiness. He was adopted by a loving couple, of which both had come from very large families. His father was the baby of eleven and his mother the baby of nine. Fortunately, for B. T. or perhaps for them, he was the only child of the couple. The rambunctious boy caused them many hours of worry and happiness. B. T. started writing after dropping a typing class because "ASDFJKL;" just didn't make sense to him. So, he started writing and the words flowed into the fantasy and science-fiction novels that he loved so much. However, it was the Saturdays spent slaying dragons and saving those in distress within the role-playing games he and his friends enjoyed for many years that inspired this series.

More About the Author

B. T. Browning was born to a 16 year old girl and adopted by a loving family. His father died from complications of Agent Orange induced lung cancer and was buried in the town that became home. B.T. started writing in order to learn to type because "ASDF JKL:" just didn't make sense. Role-playing games were an exciting past time for him. So, in order to learn to type, the words began to flow for the fantasy and science fiction novels that he loved to read and the games that he enjoyed so many Saturdays with his friends.
He is a loving father and a supporter of the Boy Scouts of America. Now, his favorite past-times, when not with his son, are playing Texas Hold'em and writing.
