Does anyone know or want to hazard a guess why this is more than twice the price of the Collins French-English dictionary but judging from it's file size, only half as big?

I want it, and £8* isn't going to break the bank, yet I'd still feel happier if I knew why I was paying so much more.

*For just half the dictionary it's decidedly more expensive than my 10 year old physical Collins Spanish dictionary was. I see that the 'Collins Complete Spanish Dictionary' is due out for the Kindle in December at just £15, which seems like a much better purchase than the two halves of the Concise dictionary at £16.
