5.0 out of 5 stars life changing, 8 Dec 2009
By
This review is from: Twenty-first Century Blues (Paperback)
I read this when I was fifteen, picked it up at random and liked the look of it. One of the best random things I've ever done. It is my favourite book of all time - I have never laughed so much reading anything, it has plenty of pathos, quick wit, a few sad and touching moments, epic adventures, slapstick and highbrow comedy. If you have a sense of humour that falls somewhere between the mighty boosh and laurel and hardy - buy this. Show me a person who has read this book and didn't like it and I will show you a witless buffoon.

One of the best comedies I've ever had the pleasure of reading. Had me laughing out loud so many times. A must read for all!
